Yes. You can move up a plan at any time from your account - only the pro-rata difference for the time left in the current cycle is charged, and your renewal date stays the same. A move to a smaller plan takes effect at the end of the cycle you have already paid for.
Runs pause once your monthly quota and any prepaid volume pack are used up - you are never charged beyond the plan you chose. Add a volume pack from your account, or move up a plan, and your apps run again straight away; the quota comes back at the start of each monthly cycle.
Prices appear on this page automatically in your local currency. Invoices are issued in that same currency, so there are no surprises - the amount you see here is exactly the amount you pay.
Yes, there is no long-term commitment. Cancel your subscription at any time from your account - your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again after that.
